Well bad news. The queen died out of no where. I think the humidity was to high in the nest. Here’s a pic of the dead queen.

Yea I probably won’t be getting another colony until next year unless if some offer pops up for a chance to get them.

Sorry to hear that, it always sucks when queens die without warning. Myrmecocystus are awesome- Good luck in the future.
