I got these queens near Lake Tahoe, California. I know they are camponotus ants but i'm looking for something more specific. I was thinking Camponotus vicinus but idk.

The first three pictures are the first queen and the 4th through 8th is queen number 2

My favorite queens/colony’s:
Pheidole Tysoni, Selonopis Molesta, Brachymyrmex Depilis, Tetramorium Immagrians, Prenolepis Imparis, Pheidole Bicirinata

No they are clearly Camponotus. They probably are C. vicinus, but I'm not an expert by any means so I would wait for someone else.

Hi there! I went on a 6 month or so hiatus, in part due, and in part cause of the death of my colonies. 

However, I went back to the Sierras, and restarted my collection, which is now as follows:

Aphaenogaster uinta, Camponotus vicinus, Camponotus modoc, Formica cf. aserva, Formica cf. micropthalma, Formica cf. manni, Formica subpolita, Formica cf. subaenescens, Lasius americanus, Manica invidia, Pogonomyrmex salinus, Pogonomyrmex sp. 1, Solenopsis validiuscula, & Solenopsis sp. 3 (new Sierra variant).

I might be wrong but it looks kinda like C. herculeanus to me.

it could be either camponotus ligniperda or Camponotus vicinus

C. ligniperda does not live in CA either. Please check the distribution of the species before suggesting it may be them. Location is a huge part of identifying a species.

the first one is C. anthrax I think, I can't get a good picture because the workers are all over but i did see it with my own eye and it had a reddish orange spot on the bottom of the thorax.
