I just recently bought a colony of these. I am super excited to be keeping these as I have been looking forward to this for years. The colony already had a nice fungus garden and a few eggs.

Update 8-15-21

So when I got these the nest was super wet which caused a lot of the fungus to die, but not all. I ended up just getting a small cotton ball piece and drying all the super wet spots. Since then the colony has been doing very well. The fungus has more than doubled in size since the small little disaster. I expect the fungus to double or even triple in the next week or 2. They also have like 10-15 eggs on the fungus. Doing pretty good B)

Looking great! And yeah, too much water is definitely a bad thing when it comes to fungus. I think the myth that leafcutter fungus needs like, 99% humidity has probably done more harm than good. Not saying that's what you did but you know, I've seen it before.

Update 10-29-21

Not sure why I haven't updated this journal in a while, but these are still doing awesome. Currently have 4 workers and their fungus continues to grow. I also have no clue if they have brood or not since I literally see none. Not sure why this is.

Update 8-28-22

Recently obtained 2 of these in a trade with ReignofRage. Both of them have healthy fungus gardens growing and continue to grow every day. I haven't noticed any eggs yet. My other colony is with Nurbs right now recovering after I made a foolish mistake with them.
