The one I'm asking for ID is the red mite (the darker colored mite). There are young garbage mites for scale. It has infected three of my colonies. Are the mites harmful to my ants? Any ideas on how to get them off the ants? I couldn't find anyone selling predatory mites in where I live. Please help!!

Began antkeeping in 2018  :)

Not sure what to post anymore, couldn't find any new queen ants to continue my journal. Will probably post some random posts every now and then but probably won't be posting much.

Young ant keeper with a decent amount of knowledge on local ant species.

YouTube: https://m.youtube.co...uKsahGliSH7EqOQ (It's pretty dead. Might upload again soon, don't expect my voice to sound the same though.)

Currently kept ant species: Camponotus parius, 2x Odontomachus simillimus, Ooceraea biroi, Carebara cf. diversaOecophylla smaragdina, Tapinoma sp. (formerly Zatapinoma), Tetraponera nigra, Polyrhachis cf. abdominalis, Lophomyrmex sp.Cardiocondyla sp.

Death count: Idk, there's too many that I've lost.
