Any idea what is this insect?

It has a hard exoskeleton and can run very fast, it took several tries just to get a good picture of it. It has straight antennae so I was sure it wasn't an ant.

I did an image search and it says it is

Cephalonomia gallicola

 

which is(obviously not an ant) a parasitoid wasp.

Tbh, this does look like a beetle (anthicidae) and possibly it is a beetle.
