Acromyrmex versicolor is no longer available, I had an unforseen die off of 70% of my colonies.  :o

Man that sucks. Hopefully next time you have better luck.

I deduced it to the water I used to water their setups because it only affected queens and not the fungus.

What was the deal with the water?? :o :o :o :o

I do not know. It was probably something in the water that day since all my testing of the same water resulted in no ill effects.

I now have a time in which i will make the C. yogi available. Around the end of March they will be available.

Camponotus yogi

Difficulty: easy | Size: medium| Polymorphic: medians/majors | Growth: slow | Stinging: no | Special care: no fridge hibernation required

1 queen + 1 - 15 workers (comes in test tube) - $65 (6 available)

As more colonies get workers I think it's time to start selling batches, so more people can experience this species. There will be six available right now and more in

the future!

Edit: Down to five.

More flat-faced C. yogi are in stock and with this will be a 30% discount on colonies totaling $45 instead of the previous $65! If you are interested in 5+ colonies I can work out a deal.

Edit: All sold. There will be a handful more available in a few weeks.

SOLD

I had been holding these for someone, but they have put it off a few times and have since bought N. cockerelli from someone else and hasn't felt like responding anymore. So, the N. cockerelli are back available with an ever growing brood pile. The colony will come in a double petri dish nest which has been working amazingly for this colony - excess workers from the outworld will be put in a test tube or two for shipping. There are currently 400 workers with a decent pupae pile, a decent amount of larvae, and a recently laid egg pile. The $175 price tag includes shipping and formicarium.

LAST BATCH: I have six queens with workers and one queen with brood. Doing singles for $35 each (colonies with workers of course) due to them being delayed compared to the other ones I sold. Shipping is free.

UPDATE: Available species are clarithorax, sansabeanus, and yogi. The clarithorax and sansabeanus are 2022 season colonies. All colonies come with brood and workers.

Edit: I have received questions regarding whether the clarithorax or sansabeanus were brood boosted since they are 2022 season queens and the answer is no. I do not brood boost queens that I sell, these were caught in an earlier flight than the recent flight people have heard of.

Edit: All C. clarithorax have sold. All C. sansabeanus colonies have at minimum four workers.
