Hello, we are about to have a Camponotus colony soon, and need suggestions on some good nests for them. We think that the test-tube they're in right now is way to small for when they have workers. If you have a suggestion, then please post it. Thank you!

A Tarheel Ants mini-hearth is basically ideal for small Camponotus colonies.

What species? How many workers? Are you looking for practicality or display? Do you have a budget?

C. Sansabeanus, Camponotus US CA02 and C. Vicinus Budget is under $45.

I'm looking for a flat design with no outworld, I have so many.

I second THA, but if you don't want an outworld, I'd recomend something from Foranto. He makes to order and his flat nests look pretty clean

Not better than a mini-hearth.

A mini hearth would honestly be your best option. I know it is not that helpful since you want a horizontal nest without an outworld, but the mini hearth really is just your best option.

3x Camponotus Clarithorax
4x Camponotus Maritimus
5x Camponotus Ca02
7x Camponotus Sansabeanus
1x Myrmecocustus Testaceus
3x Prenolepis Imparis
