I have a mated pair of Coptotermes gestroi and they had eggs for almost two weeks but I haven't spotted any nymphs yet, when will the eggs hatch?

I have two curvignathus colonies and the eggs took 2 months to hatch. It's been over a year and they both only have 5-7 workers and 1-2 soldiers... But they are still cool

TWO MONTHS!? That's the longest time I've ever heard for insect eggs to hatch.
