Heyy,
2 weeks ago I got the Messor Barbarus Queen with 20 ant workers.
I don't really like to feed them insects dead or alive.

At the moment I give them a few times per week:
Moisture
Sugar water
Honeydew
Grass -birdseed mixture
A small piece of apple
Small piece of banana
Small piece of hard boiled egg

My question to you, what can I use as an alternative so I don't have to feed them insects.

Thanks!

Beetle jelly is a great meal for your ants. I used to use it but I use Dubias now.
