Found this girl in a piece of wood in northern Virginia all by herself. No eggs or other ants with her at all.

She's bigger than the other ants I've had, but I don't know her exact size. I really don't know how you're supposed to measure them without them running off. Though she's barely moving .. I hope it's from hibernation and not that she's sick or dying.
