Tapinoma sessile? Just want to confirm (northern virginia)

Want to confirm because I merged two colonies and these guys wiped the other colony out.

They seem slightly bigger but I can't tell in mm their size.

The ones they killed were even smaller but these guys are slightly bigger.

If the original ones were 4mm these would be like 6mm... but I'm guessing cause I don't know how to measure them since they won't stay still.

I'm starting to think the one I thought was a queen is just a different species

The top has the ant that I thought was Tapinoma sessile and on the bottom you can see the dead ants that I also thought were Tapinoma sessile
