I live in San Jose and I own a colony of Clarithorax and I want to hibernate them. Though I want to ask some questions. I just put them into a unheated room that's 13 C and gets to 10 C sometimes. Will that hurt them since I heard you have to change the temperature gradually and I'm not sure if placing them down is gradual or not? They're in a glass test tube and will the glass which gets colder be harmful? Because It's January when should they get out of hibernation?

10C and a glass tube won’t harm them in any way.

10-13C should be okay... putting them in now is a bit late but I'd take them out in early/mid March if they go in now
