So as some of you who have read my posts know, I resorted to mineral oil to keep my Tetramorium from escaping and bringing death and devastation to open-top bins nearby. (I had tried olive oil first, but Tetras LOVED it and ate it all up.)
A couple days ago I renewed the mineral oil and also applied some to the Liometopum outworld because just by opening it I had a big problem.
Has anyone used mineral oil before? Does it become a sticky horrible mess after a long time? Any thoughts/issues/experience with it?
