How much are you asking?

And about the shipping, I'd just put it in a box with the ants in a tube and the Mini Hearth empty. As for packing, bubble wrap the ants in the tube and put lots of packing peanuts in the box.

I don’t have a insert for them that they can stay in. I’m asking 80-90$ but the price is negotiable. I will not refund money or ants if arrives dead though.
They are around 40 workers and lots of brood.

Yeah, that's understandable.

bubble wrap is the key.

Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise! It has no commander, no overseer or ruler, yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest. -Proverbs 6: 6-8

Don’t do it, man. Hibernate them a long time then reconsider in the spring.

I must say, I agree...  The chances of someone wanting them will be greater in the spring/summer, plus you can have more time to make sure that is what you for sure want to do...  I love Pogonomyrmex, it is certainly tempting...
