I’m currently prototyping something I think could surpass test tubes in terms of convenience, mold tendency, and hydration. I made this poll to see how many of you would be hypothetically interested in buying such a product, and at what price.

If you wanted to sell these on our site we’d love to have you. Several other members on this forum will sell their formicariums on the site once it is published. We wish to support starting vendors, and to promote their products.

If the tests go well, I'd love to sell on your site! Everything is currently in the design stage and I'm waiting for materials to arrive, so I can't make any promises yet though.

Are you thinking of something small like for founding colonies? Is it something that can be cleaned and re-used? I'd think around $20 would be my limit.

It’s more like a test tube insert from THA I believe nothing to big or small just a better version of a grouted insert.

It's small, for founding queens and small colonies. I'm hoping to be able to price it around the same as test tubes, even though it's completely different.

That's a really good guess, but it's actually not based around a test tube at all.

I have a rough idea of what he's making, and I can say for myself, I probably won't ever use test tubes again...
