This is something i have been wondering about for a long time. Since DC is a political entity but not a state, what are the import laws there? Are they able to get ants from the surrounding state of maryland or are they limited to the small amount of ants within the city?

Good question because I live a few miles from DC. I have brought my brother colonies when he used to live there, but he lives in Virginia now. I’ve never met any ant-keepers in DC.
"The ants are a people not strong, yet they prepare their meat in the summer." Prov. 30:25
Keep ordinary ants in extraordinary ways.
