Where do I find any Myrmecocystus in Southern California (especially Myrmecocystus mexicanus) or Pogonomyrmex. Thanks

Far down south, when the desert gets rain they all fly. The season is basically over though.

My Ants:
(x1) Campontous semitstaceus ~20 workers, 1 Queen
(x1) Camponotus vicinus ~10 workers, 1 Queen (all black variety)
(x1) Tetramorium immigrans ~100 workers, 1 Queen
(x1) Myrmercocystus mexicanus -1 Queen
(x2) Mymercocystus mimcus -1 Queen
(x1) Mymercocystus testaceus ~45 workers, 1 Queen

I've seen em in the coachella valley (around palm springs) so that would be a good place to start, although they are throughout the whole california desert region

Thanks you guys and I am collecting data for future anting trips. Also does anyone just have particular spots they like to go. I try and keep everything near my house but all we have here are P. imparis and S. invicta which I can't even keep.
