I am trading for two lasius neoniger queens soon and I want her to have a little worker help as in me find workers cocoons and give them to her. I can catch lasius umbratus and lasius claviger workers and maybe some umbratus cocoons. I need help figuring out if I can introduce claviger or umbratus workers to her if so I would do it one at a time and give each queen around 15 workers and one in a mini hearth. would this work please tell me. if this doesn't work and I can't introduce workers to her where is a good place to find lasius colonies, in terms of nesting area.

I would only use cocoons, if I were you. They would probably end up rejecting each other.

Hibernate the queens first. Look for Lasius neoniger nests in the soil in grassy picnic areas and parks. I don’t recommend boosting because it is uneccessary and disruptive to the colony you’re stealing brood from.
