Crematogasters have small nanitics and are good escape artists. I wouldn't trust a Nurbs setup to contain them.

I want Crematorgasters, too, but the last thing I need is another escape-prone fast-growing overwhelming species....  %)

Ahhh. Seal it with hot glue, then put silicone over that. Fumes won’t harm them that way.

Crack in pencil case they're in. It's an Nurb's pencil case setup. 

 

I had the same issue with Brachymyrmex patagonicus queens. I left them in a pencil box setup with a test tube overnight to get them all in, but seven or so left through the crack.

 

Ahhh. Seal it with hot glue, then put silicone over that. Fumes won’t harm them that way.

The gap in these boxes is between the body and the joint that connects it to the lid. Sealing it would lock the pencil box closed.
