Hello,

So I was looking through a wood pile by my house today, July 30th, and lifted up a loose section of bark on a log. I disturbed the queen and her claustral chamber. I decided to move her into a test tube with as many of the larvae and eggs that I could. Not sure if that was a dumb beginners move, sorry in advance. I have the pictures of her in a test tube attached.

don’t check on her at all for two weeks would be your best bet that she doesn’t eat here brood. Testube is looking a bit wet
