Help! Pheidole Colony dying.

My P. Californicia are down to 100-50 workers, the 4 queens are alive, but there are so many dead workers and majors in the outworld. Their brood pile has shrinked and I'm not sure what to do. I will get photos later.

My Ants:
(x1) Campontous semitstaceus ~20 workers, 1 Queen
(x1) Camponotus vicinus ~10 workers, 1 Queen (all black variety)
(x1) Tetramorium immigrans ~100 workers, 1 Queen
(x1) Myrmercocystus mexicanus -1 Queen
(x2) Mymercocystus mimcus -1 Queen
(x1) Mymercocystus testaceus ~45 workers, 1 Queen

You are giving them water and hydrating the formicarium right?

Ants I have: Tapinoma sessile(2 queen colony). RED MORPH Camponotus neacticus(now has pupae!), Tetramorium immigrans (x3), Aphaenogaster sp, Temnothorax sp, ~~Brachymyrmex sp.~~ possibly infertile , Ponera pennsylvanica, and Pheidole morrisi!

Other insects: Polistes sp. Queen

Ants I need: Pheidole sp., Trachymyrmex sp., Crematogaster cerasi , Dorymyrmex sp. Most wanted: ~~Pheidole morrisii~~

Yes, I have been hydrating them regularly.

They refuse any food I drop in the outworld even though I have been giving a variety as usual. There are also just dead workers laying in the outworld

Perhaps.. I think I would have noticed sooner if anything was wrong though as I removed their heater months ago. I will put them back on their heating pad and see if they like it.
