I found 2 hypoponera workers by accident in my chameleon cage??? Not sure how that works but if hypothetically they were the same species could I give them to my 2 queens that don't have workers yet?

Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise! It has no commander, no overseer or ruler, yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest. -Proverbs 6: 6-8

No. Hypoponera polygyny is quite complex and depends on sp., but its pretty much guaranteed that if you give Californian alate queens foreign workers they will be chased by the workers and ousted from their nest.
