August 4th in founding chamber next to concrete and another ant colony had yellowish ants. maybe social parasite?

Its hard to tell from the photo but its fully claustral and my guess is pheidole.

Ants I have: Tapinoma sessile(2 queen colony). RED MORPH Camponotus neacticus(now has pupae!), Tetramorium immigrans (x3), Aphaenogaster sp, Temnothorax sp, Brachymyrmex sp.   possibly infertile   :(,  Ponera pennsylvanica, and Pheidole morrisi!  :yahoo: 

 

Other insects: Polistes sp. Queen

                    

Ants I need: Pheidole sp., Trachymyrmex sp., Crematogaster cerasi , Dorymyrmex sp. Most wanted: Pheidole morrisii

Pheidole are very rare here in Wisconsin, I'm interested to see if this is actually Pheidole.

 

Can you get some different photos from above/to the side of the ant?
