No idea what on earth this thing is. Very zippy. Almost like a wingless wasp.

Looks like a wasp in the bethylidae family.

Indeed a wasp, not so certain if its a bethylid.

That moment when a wasp can bench more than I can...

 

Also, that's the weirdest wasp I have ever seen though, it looks awesome!
