Anyone have a source for AAC blocks in the US?

Reasonably priced?

I don't believe AAC is readily available in the US. However, you could use some kind of ceramic firebrick like I did for my first formicarium. They have essentially the same properties.

Your best bet is to order a pallet load. Maybe if a few of us from mass pitch in it might be worthwhile. The closest manufacturer I've heard of is in the south east.

I believe there are AAC manufacturers in Florida, and last I heard they were soon to be in New Jersey.
