Hey everybody,
I have a Lasius aphidicola queen that I introduced callow workers to with lots of pupae. She took them amazing and they did the same for her. A few days ago, I noticed a huge pile of eggs. From my understanding, it’s a good sign to see eggs from a parasitic queen if she took the workers well. I’m so excited!

I honestly find them like regular queens. I’ll be walking and look down and there she is haha. I was tearing down some fence the other day and there was one again. I have yet to introduce workers to her yet!

Yea! Keep looking and I’m sure you’ll find one! I introduced workers to the other queen today and she took them very well! Thank The Lord!
