Pheidole pilifera group at the least.  Maybe Pheidole bicarinata?  According to AntMaps, there are only six Pheidole species present in Virginia (Pheidole bicarinata, Pheidole davisi, Pheidole dentata, Pheidole morrisii, Pheidole pilifera and Pheidole tysoni), so maybe those knowledgeable with the genus could narrow it down.  Admittedly, I am not that familiar with Pheidole classification.

Seems a bit big for Pheidole bicarinata though.

It’s bigger and more robust than my bicarinata. The waist is thicker as well.

She looks weird for bicarinata, with how large and bulky her head looks. I would first consider davisi or pilifera. Good thing it'll be easier to tell when she has workers, and especially majors.

I agree that this is not bicarinata. bicarinata fly at night and would scarcely be found in the morning, not to mention 6-7mm is too large. While pilifera is plausible, I would be much more inclined to call this P. davisi. Pilifera have very specific flight conditions and are normally a bit larger at 7-8mm, not to mention that she doesn't look anything like my own pilifera queen.
