First time catching ants and I found two queens that have their first nanitics.
Could you please help me identify these?

1. Location: Virginia
2. Date of collection: Early June
3. Habitat of collection: Forest. Loose dirt.
4. Length (from head to gaster): 1/8 inch
5. Color, hue, pattern and texture: Black, dark brown. No texture
6. Nuptial flight time and date: Unobserved nuptial flight. Found early morning in early June
