Updates on my queen. Had her a few weeks now. She is healthy looking, to me. Just not sure how long of a wait til her first fully developed worker takes. Took a few pics the best I can to see if our experts can see how we are doing. Thanks.

It really depends on species. What species is yours?

Dorymyrmex Bureni is what she was identified as when I first caught her. I really wish I had a better camera sometimes.

Well, I’d say to expect workers in 4 week maximum, assuming she’s already had eggs for a week or two. If the eggs continue to not hatch, however, she may not be mated.
