I have a second ant. Also caught around midnight same as the first I posted. This one is mostly black in color and still have wings. I caught it around midnight as well in my neighborhood. No signs of any others taken flight. Found her in grass and leaves scurrying around. About 1cm ling.

I think this one is a male, possibly of the the same species as the other(which I believe is a queen). There are more proficient experts that will answer soon though.

This is a male of Camponotus floridanus. Their major flights are taking place around this time.
