Also, does anyone know how to fill it's water supply? It's almost out of water.

Ants I have: Tapinoma sessile(2 queen colony). RED MORPH Camponotus neacticus(now has pupae!), Tetramorium immigrans (x3), Aphaenogaster sp, Temnothorax sp, Brachymyrmex sp.   possibly infertile   :(,  Ponera pennsylvanica, and Pheidole morrisi!  :yahoo: 

 

Other insects: Polistes sp. Queen

                    

Ants I need: Pheidole sp., Trachymyrmex sp., Crematogaster cerasi , Dorymyrmex sp. Most wanted: Pheidole morrisii

Youll have to move her. she's a semi claustral myrmicine, likely a crematogastine, maybe tetramorium.

Yes please do that

But tape a new test tube set-up, with a tiny bit untaped so air can get through. Cover the new one in darkness, and expose the other to light, make sure she moved all her eggs across. Then you can separate the tubing, and close the new one off with cotton. Then clean the old test tube.
