How to keep fruit flies warm

My fruitflies are living in about 65 degrees, and they are developing very slowly. How can I keep them warm and keep mold at bay? My culture used to have mold (brought from the old contaminated culture) but the maggots managed to eat it/flip over substrate to kill all of the mold. I don't want that to happen again.

Maybe the same way it's done with ants? Try a heating cable or something. Also, if you want to keep mold at bay, wouldn't the maggots consumption of it be a good thing? I don't really understand.

As MP said, use a heat cable. To keep the culture clean, rotate containers. I need to do this because mine is getting nasty...

Most of the maggots have grown into pupae, I don't want them to be affected by the mold.

Maybe add some springtails to your culture? Tap some adults into a new container to start a fresh one.
