Hi I captured about 20 Reticulitermes lucifugus alates and for the moment I placed them in a plastic container with 4 test tubes filled with damp cotton.
Some of them are running after each other and some placed themselves in a test tube so I assume that i’ve Got males and females.
Should I leave them together and they eventually would mate and inhabit a test tube all by themselves or, I have to separate them as couples so that there will be no fighting or nest disturbances?
Thank you
