It was a problem with my login to their forum. It seems to be working now, but I still haven't gotten a reply about the chat service issue.

As always I got a reply from someone on the forum (where the public sees it) saying that the ticket is still in the queue and they haven't gotten to it yet. What I don't get is how it takes this long to get to something that is presumably broken for all of their customers. It shouldn't take a support request to know there is something wrong with one of your services.

I had the same problem until I cleared the cache on my phone's browser. Even refreshing the page didn't fix it. There must have been a site issue at one point and it was only loading that page.
So much for downloading the Yuku ant forums. Everyone download Formiculture while you can! Looks like we'll find it belly-up any day now!
