So, it turns out one of my five Prenolepis imparis queens has just laid an egg. She was lovingly holding it in her mandibles. But here comes another queen, who completely ignores the egg's (possible) mother, and tries to tend to it like it was sitting on the ground. Almost looked like they were going to fight over it.........  :lol:
