You should be able to order from https://www.antstore...Central-Europe/or check out https://www.antscanada.com/queen-ants-for-sale/ Poland has two GAN farmers.

I am looking for american species

A lot of "American species" are also found in Europe. Also, shipping ants out of the U.S and into Europe is not legal in most cases(correct me if I'm wrong). European laws on shipment of live queens within Europe are looser than they are here in America, so you can probably find an online store selling the species you want. Or as Alabama Anter said, a GAN Farmer.

You need a legal document, i think.

Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise! It has no commander, no overseer or ruler, yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest. -Proverbs 6: 6-8
