Actually, with all of the ants i have kept, tetramorium are the worst.

Tetramorium love getting stuck, at this point I don't even try to feed them honey. I just feed them 100% protein and the colony is thriving! Almost all of the obsolete nanitics are dead and replaced with giant, muscular workers twice their size. For my fomica, I do feed them honey, but only occasionally. There's usually one replete like worker who stores the honey, so I don't need to feed them honey everyday. My crematogasters occasionally get honey, but I give them tiny droplets.
