This Queen was captured from the Maltese islands on the 2nd July 2019 still winged but lost her wings after a few hours,

 
 
First eggs on 8th July
 
 
Eggs turning into larvae on 21st july 
 

 

Larvae start turning into a pupa on 28th july

 
 
pupae on 2nd August 
 
 
nanitics hatched on 13th August 
 

 

After hibernation on 11th March 2020

 

 

nanitic foraging in arena on 28th March 2020
