Adapter For 2 Inch O.D. Polycarbonate Tube Question

Can any one please help me find an adapter for a 2 inch outer diameter polycarbonate tube that I can secure between two acrylic containers that have a 2 inch hole in each and preferrably without the use of any glue? Essentially, the tube will connect the two containers like a bridge. I've been looking for a while, but I can't find the right adapter that would securely fit onto the container.

So the tube and the holes are the same diameter? Can you widen the hole a bit, maybe by shaving it with scissors? Why not just go old school and attach the tube with some mounting putty?
Hot glue or silicone would be way more secure.

Yeah, the hole and outer diameter of the tube have the same diameter. I didn't want to take the glue route because in the event I moved, I'd have to disassemble them, and it may prove to be difficult.

but you could use silly-putty if you needed to...given it's less secure, but granted it gets the job done and is not permanent like silicone or hot glue, why wouldn't you use it?

I actually recommend hot glue in that case. Though it’s quite sturdy, you’d easily be able to peel it off. I do this every June with the posters I put up in my classroom.
