I would agree.

Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise! It has no commander, no overseer or ruler, yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest. -Proverbs 6: 6-8

it should be fully claustral right? Should I also put it on a heating mat since camponotus like warmth?

Edit: Is it bad that it's a little on the short side? I've also never seen any camponotus in the area, so I'm not sure where it came from.

Yes, to my knowledge all Camponotus are fully claustral. And her size is perfectly normal for her species.

if i put it half on the heating mat, one side is 85 F and the other side will be 75. This should be fine right? or should i just leave her on my shelf at 68 degrees roughly
