Two species finished in one day! Strumigenys royi is a small South American species known from a single specimen collected in an abandoned termite nest in a tree in Guyana.

I could probably do those. And you do mean Myrmentoma right?

Just as a heads up, until early-mid January, I’ll be pretty inactive with my art as I’ve been commissioned to work on a big project with Doug Booher, making a key to Strumigenys species west of the Mississippi. From now until January, the only drawings I will be doing are ones for the key which will not be posted on here and any paid commissions.

Just found this interesting: Acanthomyrmex ferox - AntWiki

I thought this could perhaps be your new mascot, if you wanted any.  :)

I currently only have a few pins available, and prints probably won't be available for a few more months. However, if you are interested, pins run for $5.00 a piece and prints are $25.00 (I still have two Strumigenys cordovensis prints available in both sizes). A commision costs $20.00 extra, but the price may vary depending on the piece. Contact me for more details at feroxformicae@gmail.com.
