Winter ant set up

Ok so I have 2 queens founding a winter ant colony and I would like to make a classic ant farm with plants and other bio active things in it, but not to thick so I can't see there chambers I would like to be able to see them. So is eny one could give me tips what to put in it, materials, anything would help thanks.

There is always a possibility your queens will tunnel into the plant layer if there is living things because you have to water the plants. Look at this video on how to make an out world ( https://m.youtube.co...h?v=_JIp0LLhH30 )

Also, if you need an all in one formicarium and you don't feel like making one yourself (I get it, I tried making a formicarium and it looked like the world's most demented donut) I can you with that too.
