Probably Lasius neoniger, but those legs are pretty yellow, so could be Lasius flavus.

here are the two queens in a side-by-side comparison. Is one of them Lasius Flavus, one Lasius Neoniger? Or are they both the same? The one in the other post is larger and bulkier.

This is possibly Lasius crypticus and/or Lasius americanus. It seems awfully dark for Lasius neoniger but do not doubt that it might be.

Often times when AnthonyP163 and I are in a weird microclimate or biome we'll find L. pallitarsis or even sometimes L. crypticus to be the most abundant Lasius species in an area. I know this doesn't really conflict with what you're saying, but I would be careful about saying that it isn't L. crypticus because they're not common this far east.
