Lasius neoniger?
Lasius sp or could be P. Imparis also since she was found in spring?

Last spring you say? During a flight? I don't know any non-parasitic Lasius that fly that early. Can you be more specific on the time period you caught her, ie the month?
I want to agree with Lasius but the flight pattern could indicate P. imparis if it truly was an early spring flight. And frankly, those pics are way too blurry to say anything definitively.

Looks like a Lasius species to me.
The tough part with Lasius queens is that most are almost impossible to ID until the workers arrive. To ID a queen, we would need very good pictures, like those seen on antweb.

Maybe Lasius sp. Good luck!
