I had to Google "rubber eva" to work out what you meant, the first 20 plus results were either for a porn star named Rubber Eva or for latex and rubber fetish wear! On the second page I found ads for EVA foam rubber tiles and pool supplies, I was getting a bit worried till then lol :) .
But no, I haven't tried it (all results included!)

Could you post a link to the video?

EVA foam rubber is very soft, like a yoga mat. Many ants will chew it up.

Lolololololol. Try goma eva lololol. He uses it for his messor barbarus. I can not think of a more destructive ant. They can not even break a piece. Which is the reason I'm so interested. A non toxic, colorful. Soft with lots of traction. Does not mold. Link below

So because your friend's ants aren't chewing it now, that means that they are incapable of chewing it?

Can you think of any reason why these same ants would be able to chew through hard plaster stone and ytong, but not chew soft rubber foam, if they were so inclined?

Is there no other way to get the color you want from a material that is more durable than soft foam rubber?
