I caught this Pheidole sp01 in late December 2014 in Malaysia.

 

After around one month, her founding brood has hatched and she now has 6 nanitics.

Nice! You'll have fun with this species, just look at my profile picture to see what this colony would become! Good luck!

 

Btw, the next time you find a queen of this species, catch as many of them as possible. My late colony started with 5 queens.
