I just recently took out my Dorymyrmex bicolor queen from my wine fridge. Doe anyone know how long it will take for her to finally become active?

For some species, it can take up to a week. Not sure on this species, but give it time.

Usually it takes the longer the bigger the ant is. Camponotus queens can take up to two weeks.

We should respect all forms of consciousness. The body is just a vessel, a mere hull.

For my Camponotus hyatti colony, it took a few days.
