This is my Formica cf. fusca colony.
The identification topic:

Eventually this colony raised ten workers. After that, they kicked one queen out which later died.

After hibernation they had 7 workers. I took them out late January. They already had one worker eclose which pushes them up to eight. They ate a pupae and a larvae in an acrylic nest I bought from AntKit, presumable due to lack of hydration. I have since moved them into a test tube.

I just made an updated video to show them in a test tube. As you can see, they have 3 recently pupated pupae, as well as a callow worker! This colony is starting to show signs of growth.
