So I have a growing colony tetras that will need a new home soon and was looking at some Tar Heel nests. They are very expensive though so I want to make sure I get one that will work. Specifically I was looking at the labyrinth and stronghold. My colony has around 1-1,500 workers. Any info or tips would be great.

I have tetras housed in a Labyrinth. If you are ordering a custom one, make sure to say what they are for in the comments section, and pick tiny/small species chambers.

It seems like the labyrinth would still be pretty big for a colony of that size?

Yeah, Mack's nests are probably perfect for most species.

Considering how fast they grow, they'll likely be fine.
