How to find termite reproductives

Any tips on how to find winged reproductives of termites? None come to the black light, and I see none on my walks around the neighborhood(Nobody sprays pesticide here)

Where are you located they may have already flown where you are, I usually use a bright flashlight, and sometimes I go near streetlights. Where I am they have already finished flying for a while.
